Paulette Victor Lifton is an Emmy-winning producer, supervising sound editor, voice and casting director, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in animation, live action, and voice-driven storytelling. She is the founder of Oracle Sound & Voice, working with top studios including Netflix, Disney, HBO, and DreamWorks.

A powerhouse in animation, Paulette has won two Emmys for Penguins of Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, with additional recognition for SpongeBob SquarePants and Blue Eye Samurai. Her work spans dubbing, audio description, casting, and voice direction, collaborating with talent like Meryl Streep, Edward Norton, and Kate McKinnon.

She is also the co-founder of Voice Masters: The Art of Voice and The PaRé Way, and host of the award-winning podcast Tales from the Booth. In 2026, she earned a SOVAS Award for Best Casting for an Animated Feature, continuing her mission to elevate voices behind the mic.
